Westhaven is a newly-renovated housing complex spread over five acres in the Lincoln Park West neighborhood of Columbus. Comprised of 92 apartments with layouts ranging from one to four bedrooms, Westhaven offers affordable housing to working families, as well as accessible apartments that will accommodate those with disabilities.


Workforce-Oriented Housing
Westhaven’s rents are targeted to be affordable to working and multi-generational households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

  • Affordable rents targeted to working and multi-generational households
  • Eligible for households earning low incomes, for example:  between $29,000 and $45,840 for a household of 4 or between $40,900 and $53,220 for a household of 6.

Apartment layout sizes range from:

2bed/1.5bath – 889 to 1,056 square feet
3bed/1.5bath – 1,086 to 1,095 square feet
4bed/2bath – 1,558 square feet

Community and Wellness Amenities

  • Brand-new floors, cabinets, countertops and energy efficient appliances
  • On-site management and maintenance
  • Walking paths, exercise stations, playground, picnic area, and inviting green space
  • Community building with laundry, storage, computer lab, and common-area event space

Family Supportive Services
The Hilltop YMCA will serve as the onsite Service Coordinator and be available to assist tenants in accessing a range of programs and services.

  • Job-readiness training, GED preparedness, financial counseling
  • Wellness programs and medical services
  • Counseling referrals, peer support groups, and personal care services
